Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received

• In its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us.

Since we offer free shipping on all orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
